The "TSFG-W" is a sintering furnace equipped with a D.W.D. (degreasing) device that supports continuous processing of iron-based components at around 1150°C. The D.W.D. device features a radiant cup burner positioned in the ceiling lid, allowing for uniform and rapid degreasing regardless of the size or density of the workpieces, even in a compact furnace body. Contaminated atmosphere gases are discharged outside the furnace, enabling stable operation at all times. The ceiling lid and main body can be easily separated, making inspection, cleaning, and maintenance straightforward.
